We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, project description via contact form), information collected automatically (analytics events via PostHog, error reports via Sentry), and information required to provide Services (as specified in each SOW).

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver Services, improve the Platform, and communicate with you about your engagement.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors listed on our Security page, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Platform data is retained per your SOW. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact legal@theunnamed.dev to exercise any right.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses session cookies for authentication. The marketing site uses analytics cookies only if you consent (PostHog respects Do Not Track). No third-party advertising cookies.
