1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Unnamed Corp ("Unnamed", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Unnamed Corp provides custom software development services including MVP builds, embedded team engagements, and technical audits ("Services"), as well as access to the Unnamed platform ("Platform").

3. Client Obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback during build phases, and any access credentials required to complete the Services.

4. Payment

Engagements are billed per the Statement of Work ("SOW") agreed between the parties. Payment terms are specified in the SOW. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own all custom code and assets produced under the SOW. Unnamed retains rights to generic, reusable components and infrastructure patterns not specific to your product.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnamed's liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days notice via email.
